Secretariat Services Australasia was formed in 2012 with the merger of Jenny Marsden Secretariat Services a part of Event Solutions Pty Ltd, and Aspedia's Associations Management Team who specialsed in the implementation of business improvement and membership marketing solutions for the NFP market.

We decided to merge because both founding organisations believe that as a larger organisation it will enable us to carry on our vision of continuing to improve the scope and quality of services that we deliver to all our clients.

Aspedia's team have in the past run 'webmaster program's' for businesses that require online marketing implementation to help grow their business. From Newsletter and database creation through to marketing strategies and operation as well as creating online training material and finance services.

Jenny Marsden Secretariat Services have in the past run numerous successful events, handled front office support and membership management.

This merger expands our service offering and enables a truly end to end solution. The result will mean that we will have more people on board able to focus on our client’s growing needs. Our full service offering will ensure that we are providing the best, most effective and specialised service level possible.
